Vietnam Water Puppets Farmworks!

In Vietnamese Water Puppets, there’s a popular sketch called Farmworks, which tells about farms in Vietnam.

It is usually introduced by a peaceful child playin’ the flute riding an ox.

Then, the music’s rhythm become more snappy, farmers arrive in the fields and they start to work, singing and chattering, in a joyful moment of farming.

The show was filmed in the National Puppetry Theatre in Hanoi, while the images of farming was taken in Sapa, Hoi An, Ha Tay Province, Bac Ninh Province.
